While I have the ability and tools to paint an entire house, inside and out, I am only one person.
That may change at some point, but for now I am happy performing all of the jobs myself. In that
way I can more completely guarantee your satisfaction. However, for now, as a one-man crew
it is not possible for me to take on a job of that magnitude and complete it in a timeframe that
would be satisfactory to you or me. A slightly different set of rules apply for property managers,
