If you are a landlord or property manager, you no dount know what a rental unit turn over entails.

Turning a rental unit over sometimes means a full paint job from ceiling to baseboard. Sometimes
it's just a quick touch up. Often it includes tightening towel bars, replacing toilet seats etc.

When I am asked to do this type of work I typically receive a list of items that need attention.
While onsite I do a full property inspection to identify any problem areas that were possibly missed
by the manager. I will provide a detailed written estimate of all work to be performed including labor
and materials needed before starting any work. At your request I can "just do the work on the list".
